Additional Maintenance Services
Beyond our standard General Maintenance program, we offer a full suite of services that can be added to any contract to further enhance your landscape. These include pruning of shrubs and small trees to maintain their health and shape, as well as specialized lawn care treatments like fertilization and weed control to ensure your turf remains vibrant. We also provide fresh mulch and pine straw applications to protect your beds and give them a polished look, along with irrigation management to optimize water usage. Finally, our signature seasonal color service provides professional design and installation of annual flowers to bring a pop of vibrant beauty to your property each season.
Pruning
Keep your plant material healthy and beautifully shaped with our professional pruning service. We recommend three visits per year to ensure your plants are cared for at the optimal times. We evaluate the specific needs of each plant and prune it accordingly, avoiding anything that is actively flowering, fruiting, or budding. Please note that for safety and specialized care, we do not prune anything taller than 15 feet.
Irrigation Managment
Keep your irrigation system running efficiently through our irrigation management. We handle the essential tasks of system start-ups in the spring, precise seasonal adjustments to ensure optimal water usage, and winterization to protect your system from freezing temperatures. Please note that additional repairs are not included, but our service ensures your system is properly managed for a healthy landscape and worry-free operation throughout the year.
Lawn Care
Achieve a lush, vibrant lawn with our professional lawn care service. We offer a tailored program of fertilization and weed control specifically designed for your turf type, giving it the precise nutrients it needs to thrive. This service also includes a custom fertilizer application for your trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and vibrant color across your entire landscape. Cultivating elegance from the ground up!
Seasonal Color
Bring vibrant, eye-catching color to your property with our beautiful seasonal color. We can design, install, and maintain beautifully designed flower arrangements in dedicated seasonal color beds, as well as in, pots, and baskets. This service pairs perfectly with any of our seasonal displays (see enhancements) to give your home and landscape a fresh, welcoming look that changes with the seasons. Let us hand the elbow grease, so you can sit back and enjoy your personal oasis.
Mulch
Refresh your landscape beds with mulching. We recommend an annual application to maintain a polished look and to aid in weed prevention. Our standard is a beautiful double shredded chocolate mulch, installed at a depth of 2 inches, but we can also source other types to match your preference. This service is offered in both spring and fall to give your landscape a fresh start or to prepare it for the cooler months ahead.
Pinestraw
Refresh your landscape beds with pine straw touch-ups in your dedicated pine straw beds. We recommend an application of pine straw to be performed twice a year to keep your beds looking fresh and polished year round. We won't just lay the pine straw; we carefully tuck and edge it to create clean, crisp lines that enhance your entire landscape. This provides a neat, clean, and finished appearance that makes your property stand out and protects your beds.
